Comfortable Stop with Great Breakfast

We enjoyed a brief stay and found the bed incredibly comfy. The highlight was the delicious waffles at breakfast! The staff's friendliness made our morning even better. For families with little ones, the ability to adjust the room temperature is a bonus. Consider doubling up on blankets for chilly nights.

The Hampton Inn Ozark was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I found the lobby to be very welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating that was easily accessible for seniors. The staff were delightful and very attentive to our needs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and exceptional service we received, especially from the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the spacious room was kept clean. However, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, we had a comfortable experience.

I found the towels to be thin, a bit underwhelming, and there were concerns over cleanliness, highlighted by dirty carpets in the hallways making the overall atmosphere feel neglected. Additionally, the heater's performance was unimpressive, only finally warming up late at night, which can throw off anyone's comfort. Maintenance seemed delayed in addressing these issues, which gave the impression that the place could greatly benefit from a timely upgrade.
